For under $32 for a single person, it doesn't feel very cost-effective, particularly considering the portion size. However, I'm not a local, so I can't really judge the pricing—I might just be accustomed to better deals elsewhere. Taste-wise, I would give it four stars; while the flavors were enjoyable and satisfying, there could definitely have been more meat for the price. If you’re a big eater, you might find the portion lacking (especially my husband!). I personally am okay with the refillable sides, but the taste was solid, so five stars for that. The restaurant is clean and leaves a good impression. It was quite empty on a weeknight, and all the servers were nice and welcoming.
New, bright, comfortable interior and super friendly staff and most importantly great food. The beef ramen was the favorite, nice level of heat and seasoning, also had the short ribs which could not have been better. The bowls of pickled spicy vegetables that are brought out were tasty to start as well. Multiple other guests ordered the intestines, but we aren't there yet, some day. Definitely coming back.

I had a great experience at Chadolpong La Crescenta. I've been there several times, and my favorite dish is the Beef Brisket Tofu Stew—it's absolutely delicious! However, I’m giving it a 4-star rating because the waitstaff can sometimes seem rushed. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement in customer service.
