Chai Paratha Mississauga

First time here...and first time trying Karachi cuisine at a restaurant (I know, have I been living under a rock? well, the reason being I could not handle spice until I built my tolerance recently and I'm not familiar with the cuisine which is why I'm so happy I dined here for the first time. Two ladies greeted us at the door and we had let her know we're not super familiar with the cuisine but we're really open to trying whatever and she graciously provided some help with explaining the menu, types of meats, and what certain words meant. Then our food came, we got the all day specials, and veal Biryani. Nothing disappointed us. Our neighbouring customer even asked what we ordered, I guess...

First thing I have to say is customer service is top of the line. I have never seen any owner so involved with their customers. I did not feel I was meeting them for the first time. Their compassion towards their customers during Sehri was commendable. People were coming in last minute for sehri and owners making sure everyone was taken care of shows their passion for their work. We were given to try complimentary flavors of in-house ice cream and karak chai. Paratha was outstanding never had such parathas anywhere. I recently dined at Chai Paratha, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The service was impeccable, with employees who were not only attentive but also genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The highlight for me was the Lassi – it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and complemented the meal beautifully. I came with my friends to celebrate eid. Excellent food. Every dish we ordered Was very delicious. Customer service from Tahir is par excellence.Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Will visit again for sure . Came in for the first time with my mom and they were closed to dine in, however, this wonderful guy Tahir made sure we don’t miss our Suhoor by accommodating us!
