Chalet de la Dent de Vaulion

Went it the place for a business lunch. He drive to top of the is a little bit too long but worth. The view from the hill is spectacular, we saw lakes, but rumors say in good weather you can see seven. The restaurant...is pleasant, look authentic and rustic. We went with the traditional Swiss fondue gram Cheese per person with simple locally baked bread. I don’t count the consumes cholesterol, you shouldn’t do it either once in a while you can allow it. If you want a wonderful evening, go for it, make sure you have nice weather and good visibility and enjoy the mighty Switzerland offerings: nature, beauty and cheese. You will not be disappointed.

He's going up, it's too long, but it's worth it. the view of the hill is spectacular, we saw 3 seen, but berried say in good weather they can see seven. the restaurant is pleasant, authentic and rustic. we went with the traditional Swiss fondue 250 gramm cheese per person with simple locally baked brot. I don't count the consumed cholesterol, they shouldn't even do it in one because they allow it. if they want a beautiful evening, they will make sure that they have beautiful weather and good nights and enjoy the powerful Switzerland offerings: nature, beauty and cheese. they will not be disappointed.

My colleagues took me to this little known place, more for locals than tourist. We walked up to the top of the hill where the view of the sunset over both lakes were amazing, accompanied by the soundtrack of the gentle cowbells. The menu was...simple but the fondue is an amazing mix, the dessert of meringue with double cream was to die for. Staff were extremely friendly as were the locals in the next table. A hidden gem.

We started with a ramble up to the top of the Dent De Vaulion, drinking in the spectacular views across the Lakes and on to the Alps. A Fine view of Mont Blanc to be had from here (and the restaurant terrace). It was a...hot day so we were looking for some cold drinks and perhaps a bite to eat but when we were saw the Fondue on offer, it looked to good to pass up on. And it was excellent. this chalet d’alpage fits perfectly into the environment. no special decoration except the dozens of kuhbellen hanging on the deck. the menu is short and nothing complicated, but eating is of very good quality and the service perfectly and with a smile. they don't go. there is without taking the hike from about 15 min to the top. the lookout is breathtaking.

We ate here yesterday and took the cheese fondue for four of us,.... wow, what a super mix of cheese and a real pleasure. Staff were friendly and rapid service. Priced very reasonably.

On top of the well known Dent de Vaulion mountain, aboie the beautiful valley, you can go up there by car or by feet. Local cheese meals including the succulent fondue.
