After about 20 mins the food came out for the table next to us (who had ordered after us), then the next table (who had ordered after them). I asked about our food, instead of apologising they said it was our fault as we did not understand French! When I asked for the bill, I got someone else's, no attempt to get me the right bill and in the end I had to tell the what we had ordered and work it out for them. No apology just surly looks. We went as a family of six as a treat for my husband who was injured and couldn't ski so he paid to go up. The views were lovely and we looked forward to our lunch. The children were hungry and we tried to order. We were repeatedly ignored by the surly waiter. The one with piercing at the back of his neck and dark hair. (sit in a different section) and it began to feel personal. Half an hour later we gave up feeling very annoyed. We finally ate at a very friendly restaurant at the bottom of the lift. It was a relief to feel like valued customers again. Avoid!

Chalet is on the top of the mountain with a very nice, spectacular view. If weather allows you can seat outside, it is wonderful. If not there are two alternatives, seating inside or outside in a covered area. We used twice with my son. Service was nice, food quality was ok. My son loved Chalet Burger! Traditional tartiflette was nice but somehow small. It is a very good location to stop especially on sunny days..

we went there on Saturday noon, not too many people, nice server that makes its best to satisfy everyone, the rates are a little high for an omelette and 2 burgers, but the situation of the place makes it pass, adding 75€ for 3pers,. with aperitif and coffee.
Good restaurant. Go to the end of the service eat around 2:00 to be well served because very popular. logical price compared to the high restaurant that offers a magnificent panorama. A gourmet coffee very good but a little expensive. We'll be back.

friendly welcome and good small dishes. The room is pretty with a fireplace welcome to warm up. We wanted to change the accompaniment of the dish of the day and the boss said yes no problem. A good time.
