Either hike up from Val Roseg or take the gondola to the middle railway station in Corvatsch and save energy. Ursula, man and young woman assistant are all excellent. You can either have a shared room or private for 10 CHF more. Discounts for members of the Alpine Club. A place that is unforgettable on the shoulder of the mountains. Glaciers around you. Some good top tiles climb near the hut to warm up before you reach the peaks around the huts. Very recommended.

A real effort to reach here, but it is worth it. We came from Corvatsch. It was a fantastic walk. Hospitality is wonderful food much nicer then what you can get in St M. Simple, clean, but a little cold (in summer). Great views all the way down the Roseg valley of the lake. You can get bicycles from Roseg Hotel to Pontresina when you get there before 6:00. Enjoy

what is more beautiful than after a strenuous hike over stock and stone friendly and well to be encoyed? !Very friendly cabin staff, very good regional cuisine and a mountain hut as she has to be - rustic.

I recommend the ascent with the Corvatch cable car and then, once you reach the hut, go down to the rose valley.
