Wow. The abuse I was just given by champions pizza in widnes was amazing. I ordered a calzone with pepperoni and extra cheese. I rang up as it arrived with donner meat . Instead of having a rational conversation I got my head bit off as apparently calzone means folded pizza with donner meat. Not as I have been led to believe by ordering from many pizza places including them. A folded pizza. First time I rang he shouted at me then hung up. I rang back and asked to speak to a manager and was told he is the only one who speaks English that’s why he answers the phone. Told me as far as I’m concerned he is the manager and to stop calling Then hung up on me again. I rang a third time and he answer...
Looking for a pizza place for the kids and this one popped up on just eat.Ordered the food and it turned up about an hour later. Apart from 2puddings and a can of drink.I phoned up and explained we were missing items, they said I would have them in a few minutes. An hour later I had to phone back, then the puddings turned up about 20 minutes later the cheese cake still frozen !!Pizzas weren't bad,kebab was the worst I've had as was the service.I wouldn't bother if I were you choose one of the other many pizza places and don't waste your money.
I used to frequent Champions regularly, but not anymore. We encountered a problem with one of the pizzas, and when I called to request a replacement from the takeaway, I was accused of lying. Additionally, we were told that we would have to wait two hours for the replacement to be delivered. The customer service representative had a terrible attitude on the phone, which was unacceptable. If they continue to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner, I will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered at probably their closing time for a very late delivery so wasn’t expecting greatness. Just required post alcohol stodge......However, probably one of the tastiest I’ve tried in widnes. I ordered a steak and cheese pizza expecting to get that sort of steak u have on a subway. Anyhoo, it was proper steak and chargrilled. Amazing and very punctual considering a Saturday night. I ordered a kebab with salad and mayonnaise, but when I got home and opened my meal, there was none included. This was very disappointing as I was excited for my meal but couldn't enjoy it without the toppings. Additionally, the customer service was terrible and they spoke to us rudely, making us feel intimidated.
Never again. Soggy greasy over-cheesy pizza delivered late and tasting not-as-you-would expect. The staff were rude on the telephone and not apologetic at all, as if we were trying to rip them off somehow.
After using for 5+ years weekly I thought it was time to write a review. The food is always amazing. Delivery is very quick and always correct order and hot. Won’t use anyone else. Fantastic! Langley Beck
This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I found someone's hair stuck to my cheesy chips. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. It's filthy!

Always a good option for delivery! Varied menu, plenty of choice. Always delivered hot and well within the time stated.
