I 'm going to call it.... This is the worst Thai i have ever had and the worst food i have had in a good few years, this is no exaggeration. The food was ordered though Just eat trying to complain is impossible through the site, if it is possible they hide the process so well you eventually give up anyway. Not all of our food was put in the take away bag (missing a prawn pad Thai which although very annoying turned into a blessing, the chicken wing starter must have been a couple of days old it was that withered and dried up. The King Prawn Pad Thai was just a stodgy mess devoid of flavour with 6 prawns, the best part the sticky rice (well if you cant get that right... deep fried veg looked...
I had a takeaway from this restaurant. It started badly when the prices that I was charged were higher than those on the printed takeaway menu. I was told that prices had increased and were correct online, but not on the printed sheet. This would not have mattered so much if the food had been good, but it wasn't. The rice noodles that I had were just in a solid clump, while the seaffood medley was mostly unidentifiable white fish with a couple of prawns and a few pieces of squid. Some of the white fish had previously been covered in breadcrumbs and presumably fried. In the sauce the whole thing was just a soggy mess. Very disappointing as I had used the restaurant based on other good reviews...
Well, what can I say! The food was ok. However, the service.....Apalling Took half an hour to come and take a drink and food order. Starters came a while later, but considering we had an 8 o'clock booking, we didn't get our mains until 9.45, and then we had to ask where they were! In all that time, not one person came and asked how it was or took another drinks order. The owner didn't even look in our direction when he was serving others and clearing tables, despite us calling him. No apology or explanation from him regarding the delay. Will definitely NOT be going back!
Very disappointing dining experience. The waiting staff had no knowledge of the menu. Service was slow, we had a reservation , the starter took 40 mins to arrive, the main course a further wait of 40 mins. We had to ask for music to be played to help atmosphere. Most of the food was edible but lacked flavour. One dish was inedible (chicken tasted off), we were given no apology when we complained. We will not return

Was disappointed with the food , I had the penang curry and it was literally spicy water with abit of chicken , the mixed starter was just awful , chips still frozen in the middle , the ribs where alright though! If it wasn’t hammering down with rain last night I would have took it straight back ! Ohh and deliverery takes ages , and to put a service charge on takeaway food is laughable!
This is the worst Thai curry I have ever had!!! Ordered for take away and food is normally really good but I opened the bag to find a tub of oil. When I ordered I got dragged into the owner and waitress having an argument then when I rang to ask for a refund I was told no one would come to the phone and there’s nothing they can do. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
Food not bad but expensive and the Manager was vile,abrupt and stressed.Reminded me of a John Cleese without the humour.Did not make you feel welcome.Wont go near there again!!
Possibly the worst over priced thai I have ever had, small portions, sticky rice was rock hard, sweet sour chicken was under cooked, avoid save your money

Used to come here when it was a Chinese Restaurant. But theses guys have step it up. Great food and friendly staff we love it here.
Excellent, authentic Thai food. Good value. Clean. Very friendly staff. Fabulous location over the river. 10/10.
