Chan's - Reserva de mesa

I placed an order at 7:45 and called for an update on the food's progress at 9:10, only to be told it was on its way with the delivery driver. After calling again at 9:35 and being told the same thing, I called at 9:45 to cancel the order as it had been 2 hours since I placed it. The delivery driver arrived at 10:00, but I refused to accept the food. When I called Chans to inform them of this, I was insulted.

Ordered at 6.30pm on just eat, Nothing arrived at 930 i rang to just ask for a update to be swear at and told i should put an extra hour on the just eat time! I told him to cancel my order ' tuff its getting boxed up now ' 10.30 food arrives and i refuse it, The driver told us the owners have got new staff in to help and they are ruining the place won 't ever order again

We waited for 2 and a half hours for our food to be delivered. I understand that it was New Year's Day and likely to be busy. We called after about an hour and were told that our food was on its way, but we had to call again because it hadn't arrived. When it finally did, 2 and a half hours later, our food was cold. I would not recommend or use this takeaway again.

Had lovely food in the past, but last Saturdays food was a disappointment. Food arrived too quickly and wasn't piping hot. I had to put my chicken dish in the microwave to finish cooking the chicken, which was under cooked. Tried a little of the other dishes but to be honest, they all tasted very similar. I have a very mixed view of chans throughout the years but it seems to be ok at the moment. Used to order the chicken Kung po but they have changed it slightly and isn’t as nice now. Most other food is good. Delivery drivers are nice and friendly and it’s a shame they get it in the neck when food is late.

Bought from here a few times..got the chicken chow mein..chicken was really nice not rubber **** like from other places..my son got a special chow mein were you can choose your own ingredients and he said it was really nice..will be ordering again from here thanks..

Took about 2 hour 20mins to arrive it was freezing found a massive bone in my duck it was burnt and dry my pancakes was stuck together couldn’t even eat one of them was disgraceful and the mans attitude on the phone was disgusting don’t no who he thinks he is

The food was cold! I complained to Justeat and they contacted Chan's, but they refused to provide a refund. I didn't even ask for a refund, but an apology would have been appreciated. Reserva una mesa ahora

Bad food. Very late. Awful attitude aggressive and defensive. I know I sound like I have an axe to grind. I really don’t. Avoid this place.

Yet again waiting forever for food!! Will never order again which is a shame as we used to love this takeaway
