Chapala - Reserva de mesa

I was really disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. It was quite unpleasant, and it made me think twice about interacting with someone in front of their kids. I even recorded a video of the situation. The service was painful, and it seems like they need to learn how to treat their customers better. The food was terrible, and for that reason, I would never return. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place!

The atmosphere is lovely for a visit with friends. The staff is friendly, but we had to request water refills, as they didn't check on us or offer more. The burritos are enormous, and the garlic fish fillet was quite tasty. However, it left my stomach feeling a bit uncomfortable afterward. I'd consider returning with others, but probably wouldn't come back on my own.

Eating can be a little hit or miss here, but when they hit, it's really good. My favorite is the Quesabirria Tacos. Delicious. The service is great when you look. Ran in questions w/ missing food if ordered via DoorDash, but can not blame alone on the restaurant or the driver.

You can eat better somewhere else. Nice place, but I spent more than $100 in my din. Burrito was ok, fish plate was not good, enchiladas was really small and my tacos are mini-tacos. Portions are small, salsa is not sharp. Absolutely not coming back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Delicious! We will definitely come back! I didn't get a picture until we almost finished. We had the Huevos con Jamon with the flour tortillas and it was amazing! My 5 Yo got a pancake and they made him look like a mickey mouse. He was thrilled!

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants! The food is authentically delicious! If you're in search of quality Mexican cuisine, I highly recommend this place! Their horchata and flan are, without a doubt, the best in the area!

Always so good. 3 cheese enchilada plate is my go to plate every time. Service is a bit slow but food flavor makes up for it.
