In search of maximum excellence, Venture Group has created the Venture Collection brand, which brings together its most Premium restaurants. These are Char, Fire and Embers; Lagarto Brasserie both in La Caleta, and Kensei in Costa Adeje. First-hand, with extraordinary attention, we enjoyed Char, a place of meat worship. The menu began with select appetizers: Teruel Wagyu jerky; Cantabrian anchovies on glass toast with Bulgarian tomato from the Güímar Valley and a delicious Luismi tartar with meat matured for 18 days. Unforgettable the La Santa carabineros, served with Beurre Blanc sauce with amontillado wine and caviar, which gave way to the meats: a juicy Mudejar Wagyu low loin with 48 days...

La calidad de la comida aquí era realmente deliciosa. Teníamos el bistec del ojo de la costilla para compartir 1.2kg. Que ser justo tiene a uno de los filetes más caros concebible, pero valió la experiencia. Tanto sabor, y como se imagina un montón de carne para dos personas. Das beste Fleisch, was ich je gegessen habe, obwohl ich schon in sehr vielen Restaurants war und auch gerne nobler essen gehe. Service absolut super, selbst die Körnchen vom Brot am Anfang werden regelmäßig vom Tisch gemacht. Eigener Sommelier, der uns super beraten hat und offene Küche als Highlight mittig platziert.
