Really enjoyed the Prime Rib-Sapper we had here. The meal we had was part of the YYC Eats events and it was an excellent rib meal to start with half a charcuterie board and maritozzi banana cream filled sweet brioche with powder sugar for dessert. For our choice of page we had the poutin. This was a massive amount of food for 2 portions and all well prepared. We seldom ordered the meat medium and that's how it happened. It also came with a clove of roasted garlic, rosemary jus and horseradish aioli. The dessert was nicely prepared and delicious. my friend from home surprised me with lunch! everything was fantastic! had the drawn Rotisserie sandwich with parmesanfries! we were served free smoked sausage with homemade pickles that was quite tasty and the tomato jam for the pommes was to die! everything was definitely homemade, the Foccacia beer and garlic aioli, and they were not on the huh. we shared the salted caramel crispy pudding that was fantastic! not intentionally. good after home taste! highly recommended!
the meat was not properly cooked and for how much was charged and the fact that this is a meat-special restaurant, I was disappointed. the server did not seem to have joined together, they did not come back to offer water often enough, drinks were slow, there were missing utensils that took a few minutes to arrive after eating. I was often during lunchtime and it was a much better experience.
We had a wonderful time on New Year’s Eve with Sam providing delightful service for us during our meal. Everything was prepared perfectly and it was a flawless evening. Thank you Sam for making it a fantastic experience for us, we will definitely be back!

an evaluation for those seeking a herbal nutrition. great 3-course menu. there for a work function and informed the staff before the time of our nutritional preferences. the staff was very accommodating and we were very satisfied with eating.
Ended my last night in Calgary with a meal fit for a king. That charcuterie board with pigs head mortadella was exceptionally tasty. The prime rib was very flavorful and the cheesecake was delightful. The foodie in me was quite pleased.
The food is always incredible here. The prime rib and flank steak was a little undercooked, and the wine options were pretty pricey, but overall great, and the service was top notch. Always recommend.

I had an incredible experience! The ambiance is truly romantic. The steak was juicy and tender, and the service was outstanding.
Weekend breakfast simply isn't on par with the usual lunch menu I am used to.
