If you have allergies, I'd advise against visiting this restaurant! I asked the manager about the type of oil they use, and she assured me it was 100% vegetable oil. Since I have a soy allergy, I requested to see the label to confirm if it contained soy. The manager replied that they didn't have a bottle available and reiterated that they only used vegetable oil. I think there was a communication issue, as my request to check the label was ignored. Given the uncertainty, I ultimately chose not to order anything. The manager showed little concern for my allergies and seemed quite indifferent about the situation. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
This one of my favorite hamburger places to eat. This was the first time eating at the Clayton location. Staff was very friendly, and service was very good. We were here mid-afternoon so they were not very busy. I had a 1/2 lb. hamburger steak sandwich combo with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and some salt and pepper. The combo came with fries and a drink. Cost was about $10.50. As usual Char-Grill did not disappoint.
Each time we visit this restaurant, we are consistently impressed by the staff's generous hospitality and friendliness, not to mention the delicious burgers! They always go above and beyond to accommodate us and treat our kids wonderfully. Thank you for another fantastic lunch!
Overcook meats are the norm. Just don?t understand why a main item on a menu is constantly overcooked. And for the price they charge it ought to be spot on. IMO Place was very clean tonight and staff is helpful and friendly.

Burgers were good but the overall size for the amount paid is not that great. Delicious taste. Fast service. The cashier that took my order was awesome and helpful and I appreciate that very much.
This was my first visit, and I ended up with a new server, which led to some mistakes with my order. However, once that was sorted out, the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning!
Your frits were impressive, but unfortunately they didn't get my order right and added Mayonnaise to my sandwich. I will visit again and hopefully the experience will be better.

The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the service was prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Best burgers and onion rings! A little pricey but worth it. Very friendly people also.
