The food at this restaurant is better than other local establishments, however, the service is subpar. I placed an order for pick up through Uber Eats this afternoon. Upon receiving a notification that my order was ready, I arrived at the restaurant and waited at the front. After being ignored for several minutes, I approached the only staff member I saw behind the bar. Even after politely trying to get her attention, she instructed me to wait in the front. Despite explaining that I had already waited and only approached the bar after being ignored, she insisted I had only waited for 2 minutes. My wife and I had an early dinner at this restaurant and were pleased to see that COVID protocols were being followed. We ordered drinks, with my wife choosing the Lobster Pasta and I opting for the BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich with Onion Rings. My wife enjoyed the Lobster Pasta, although she wished there were more ingredients aside from just shrimp and lobster; the sauce was tasty overall. My Brisket Sandwich was delicious, but the portion of brisket was quite large and could have been cut in half for easier eating. The Onion Rings were excellent. My husband and I travelled down from Haliburton for a family birthday get together. It was our first time at Charlie Ronick's and it will not be our last! What fun. We were greeted by a smile at the door and were seated with our group. Our server was Tina and she was a delight interacted with us and was patient while we made our selections. The food was wonderful and seeing all the different groups enjoying themselves made us smile. Thank you it was worth the rainy drive.

Large restaurants with numerous televisions showing different sporting events. Even have TV's in booths. Ordered a dish that turned out to be too spicy to eat and they gladly took it back and brought me another order of my choice. My wife ordered Lasagna. It came with garlic toast and a Caesar. We placed an online order and had our food delivered. The meal was excellent, with generous portions and fresh, tasty ingredients. The gluten-free menu was fantastic. We will definitely order from this place again and highly recommend it to others.

Update: They've introduced a new menu with three times the options! Everything I ordered – the chicken roll-ups and Thai chicken stir-fry – was delicious. I also tried the shrimp jalapeño roll-ups, and they were fantastic as well!
