This chain restaurant is an embarrassment to the franchise. I ordered 2 California chicken philly sandwiches and 1 buffalo chicken philly. This is the third Charleys cheesesteak I visited and by far the worse. First off the cashier didn't accept mybar code from the app granting me $4 off 17.76. Second on my two California Phillies I was given no avocado no pickle or onions.Thirdly on my buffalo chicken I was also not given no pickle, no banana peppers or onions. All the sandwiches I ordered onlycame with lettuce tomatoe mayo cheese and chicken. NEVER ever will I return to this horrible location. They give Charleyscheesesteak a bad bad name. Charleys Philly Steaks was just average. They even questioned the validity of my order, which was frustrating. Nowadays, almost no one keeps receipts from food purchases, especially when you order more than ten times a week. To satisfy the owner, I’m attaching the bank transaction record. This was at the Westfield Mall Valencia location, with the transaction dated 12/6/2021. The menu has a good variety, but the service could definitely be improved.

Charleys Philly Steaks may not offer the same value as Downtown Philly, as their menu features about half the amount of meat at a higher price. However, the flavors are still delicious, and if you find yourself at the mall, this spot will certainly satisfy your cheesesteak craving.
For a place that claims they have the #1 cheesesteak in the world. They are quite delusional. Meat is dry, hardly had any onions or peppers. Bread was ok. Just not a very good cheesesteak.
Charleys Philly Steaks is an incredible restaurant with superb service. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the strawberry lemonade is exceptional!
