I'm a regular here and this charlie lovett is really amazing.I've been here many times day and night and so far so good . It's convenient if you ever want to relax and have a cuppa, and it usually closes late 8pm/9pm. They also do takeaway if your on the go.<br/ <br/ They have their own carpark so don't be so stressed on parking. But at lunch time parking can be a bit tight. Plenty of seats and tables around and high cellings and open areas gives this place a really chilled atmosphere. I visit this spot fairly regularly because I work in Peakhurst and there's not many good food options in the area. A few things I love about Charlie Lovett: The hot drinks coffee and hot chocolates are always excellent.The sandwiches reliable and comforting grilled sandwiches, with delicious vegetarian options.The size of the store and seating there's so much space in this store, it's comforting to know there's usually going to be somewhere for you to sit and relax. Just enjoyed very lovely breakfast with delicious hot chocolate, latte to die for and tasty bacon and egg roll. Glad I ignored previous review. Because this place is a gem. Did I mention the quick and helpful service? Food arrived in 5 mins and they gave me a bigger hot choc than I ordered!!! I recommend the joint, it was pretty full, so it's not just me that thinks so.
I love this place. It is in expensive, good quality food and service. The type of place you go and know exactly what you are going to get each time. The coffee is great and the breaky rolls are top notch. You don't need to stress about parking, the interior is nice and the staff are fabulous. Keep it up guys and see you again soon

Good that they allow changes they made me a dairy free mango smoothie! It was delicious! Bacon and egg rolls were ok, got them to takeaway but they didn't have any relish on like the menu stated, too late before we realised. Will be back again for takeaway coffee!
Have been here quite a few times. Food and drink quality is always great as is the service. Just the location next to a main road which get's a little loud and annoying. Decor is fantastic. Parking can also fill up fast which makes it a hassle.
Warning!! Seats are severely uncomfortable. Especially for larger people which they don't exactly cater for. It's like they don't want you to sit and stay. Very hard. Food is amazing though. Maybe get it take away!
Friendly staff and great coffee. Love the fresh cakes too! QR code hand sanitizer conveniently placed at entrance. I’ve been coming to this Charlie Lovett for a long time and it’s one of my favourite coffee shop.

Pretty good coffee, a little bitter on the back end though. However strawberry tart is pretty banging. The staff who served me were exceptionally nice which was pleasant
