Practically the only bar in SGP, so you don 't have much choice, but I like it and I think it 's still very good in comparison with other cities/countries. The owner and the staff are always very friendly, and you can normally order your drinks directly at the bar, without usual bullsh installez vous svp, j 'arrive . If food is available (not every day), it 's also quite ok, and if not, you are always allowed to bring sth from the kebab nearby. I only have one complaint: you must do some maintenance on the beer dosing machine. Since the end of 2022 whenever I 'm ordering one of the first Charly Wells beers, its taste is unbearable, like it got rotten inside the pipes. Sometimes I ask the bar...
Outdoor seating is the best as inside is dark. They made a decent spritz. We had no food. About the only place to go have a drink right behind the hotel.

Bar. Good beer selection. Almost all staff speak English. Prices as in Old Riga bars. I definitely recommend it, because I really liked it.

Decent bar, but what makes it great are the employees. It is less busy than O'Brasseur, which I personally like.
It's not the best bistro in the world, but to drink a drink or a coffee, it's a big problem!
