Our food was delicious, however our experience was subpar. Our service was ok , but did mot come by to check on us. Wanted more drinks, but no one came by to ask how the food tasted which was delicious, no problem with food), or if we wanted more drinks. At this point, apps were finished and we only had one drink each. When entrees served asked for wine. Not received when waiter come to check so we canceled and paid. Not the best or worst, just disappointed. Not our first time at Chart House , have been going since it first opened. Not sure if it’s worth the drive in.
We had a great time celebrating a birthday. Food was wonderful but it was very warm sitting by the doors. Very tight, several large parties so people had to maneuver around tables. Fans should have been turned on sooner than later. Besides everything. We had a great time
Great location. Food was great for the two seafood dishes we tried. Appetizers were good too. A little dark and congested inside, but not bad at all. Service was exceptional.
The Chart house didn't disappoint. Our server Rick was attentive,food was excellent. Baked stuffed Shrimp was excellent. Little necks in broth were perfect.

Great place to eat, great views and best prices in Waikiki. Table service 50/50, table wait super but drinks waiter lost in action
Food was good, staff very attentive. Only complaint is temperature as it’s open air. If there isn’t a breeze it gets really warm.
Chart House Waikiki made our 10 year anniversary one to remember! Mahalo for having us, we can’t wait to come back!
