This charming hotel is located in a beautiful old building (Dit castle in the region in the small town centre of Arpaillargues. The places breathe calm and serenity. The reception, staff and services are friendly, pleasant and coming. The hotel has several room categories located in the castle where the old magnanerie. Certain parts would deserve a little more maintenance and repair but it must be complicated in this type of building. However, it does not harm the quality of the whole. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique que ce soit dedans ou dehors. Les murs sont authentiques en pierre de l’époque et la déco soignée. On essaye de se la jouer « gastro » avec un menu composé de 5 entrées, 5 plats et 5 desserts au choix. Le personnel est serviable et bien intentionné quoique peu spontané. Ou la chatte à mal à la patte c’est probablement dans un soucis de rentabilité, les plats semblent préparés à l’avance avec une dernière touche donnée avant d’être servi. On est donc dans le « gastro industriel » sans saveur et sans « touch » particulier et franchement moyen au niveau de la qualité finale. C’est bien triste car elle, l’addition est bien celle d’un restaurant de classe supérieu...

This is our second stay at the castle! That’s how the first one seduced us! The hotel is very nice. The value for money is great. Breakfast in the castle courtyard, the buffet is very generous and varied. The staff takes great care. Cross the street, and you will find a gigantic swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs, some in the shade of trees and laurels, others in full sun... very close to the swimming pool, a very chic restaurant and the bar... Enough to spend the day in this magnificent place. Parking with 2 electric recharges… a plus!

The room (room 1) was nice and comfortable, and a plus for the in-room mobile phone induction charger. However, this room is on the top floor and for some reason there is almost zero hot water flow and pressure, so we couldn 't have a shower in the morning before we left.....I waited more than 10min just to get some hot water in the tap. Beautiful from outside but not comfortable or very clean inside. On top of that my son had something that looked like bed bugs bite the day after. Breakfast was great, the only positive point of our stay. We stayed only one night, it was very warm and the AC was not working, we couldn’t contact anyone during the night and the day after we were told they were in “heating mode”

Lovely building, friendly staff, very nice food in informal surroundings in the garden by the pool. The size and finish of the rooms isn't four star but then neither is the price. And all is clean and comfortable. With a decent car park and an amazingly huge pool.

We really appreciated the calm, the view from our room (n° 4) of the beautiful swimming pool and the magnificent park. The Restaurant is excellent. A must-try is the chef's various rums! The castle team takes great care of its guests.
