Château De Chissay And

Nos hospedamos varios días durante una semana en este chateau, en una habitación estándar superior de unos 30 metros cuadrados. A nuestra planta se podía acceder en el único ascensor del que dispone. No nos consta que exista servicio de botones , si acaso la buena voluntad del personal de recepción. No cuenta con tv (si radio), ni buena cobertura de Orange France, ni con aire acondicionado (si tiene un ventilador cargado de años y polvo), ni sistema disuasores de insectos y/o arácnidos. Más abajo comentaré la aventura con las arañas... Los baños podrían renovarse y rediseñarse. Por ejemplo, yo daba con la cabeza en el techo en la zona de WC (los chateaux no daban mucha importancia a esa zona...

This is the second time we stay in this hotel, but this time we were disappointed. The decor is stubborn, the sheets stained, the doors grincent, the bedding could be replaced as well as the bathrooms rebuilt. It feels like there's no more investment.No air conditioning, so it's very hot in the rooms. Hello there is now a month we stayed in the castle. A month I made a claim where I am not taken into account. We were wrong about the service between what we had seen on a trading site and reality. Upon arrival in the room the bathroom was broken and frailed very dangerous for a child when he wants to bathe. We spent 2 nights in this beautiful castle, eaten in the restaurant and took breakfast, benefited from the pool that refreshed us since we had 36 degrees (12/08/22 to 14/08/22), everything was perfect, the room, the reception, the meals is really a nice establishment, the staff is in the small care, we will come back if we have the opportunity! Uncomfortable linen, unclean bathroom, no elevator for certain rooms on the 3rd floor and no bagagiste. Restaurant self saying gastronomic but totally disappointing If you love comfort and cleanliness, go your way. The castle is on sale for info! Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3
