Chateau de Varillettes - La Table de Saint Flour

Gone to rejuvenate me a few days in the cantal, I was immediately seduced by this castle of the xveme siecle, rehabilitated with taste and sobriety. it has the advantage of being close to the highway (so ideal to make a stopover), but it is still found in a green environment. I especially appreciated the beautiful medieval garden. the room was tastefully coated while preserving the spirit of the castle, and of an irreproachable cleanliness, which is appreciable. The breakfast was hearty and very satisfying for the price, offering sweet and savoury products, which can please the greatest number. I also took advantage of the chateau restaurant: the table of saint flour, which I commented on at the restaurant section. To discover. Finally, I was well received by samuel. The latter was available throughout my day. It's always pleasant to be recovered with a smile. The rest of the staff has also been very pleasant.To sum up, you will have understood that I recommend this establishment; I'm planning on going back a few days this summer.

just a few miles from thé a75 autobahn this cité ans vert auvergnat style closed offres an excellent donner among the trees plants and flowers. a very refined local and inventive kitchen in an exclusive site server of vert friendly people to a vert...influencable price. do not miss it on jour away to the middle sea coasts!

very pleasant stay in this castle , very good personalized welcome and documented the rooms are small but well designed clean with a very good bed linen small flat for the swimming pool that is really small is damage because there is room for a beautiful swimming pool

the setting is beautiful, but dinner at the restaurant was really average. I found myself in both the entrance and the main dish with basic canned foods (crab) and defrosted foods (shrimps). But I was expecting that we cook with fresh products. So big disappointment.
