Even though there were no other customers, I found myself waiting about 10 minutes because they were training a new employee. I watched as he made my drink, and just before sealing it, I asked if it was mine. When he confirmed it was, I pointed out that the cup was filled with ice, which went against my request for less. Instead of addressing my concern, he ignored me and sealed the cup. When I insisted that he reopen it and remove some ice, he refused, claiming they were following "corporate policy." I was frustrated and explained that, as a customer, I should receive my drink the way I want it. However, he repeated his refusal. In the end, I chose to leave the shop without taking the drin...

The restaurant is located in a fantastic spot, but unfortunately, the staff doesn’t seem to take pleasure in their work. For the past two years, there has always been an excuse for why they can’t make slushes or smoothies. Today it was because of an ice shortage; the last time, they claimed the blender was broken, and prior to that, they said they were just too busy to prepare them. These excuses reveal a deeper issue with their service. As a chain, Chatime should be able to offer their full range of products, yet they consistently fail to do so. Additionally, the staff often appears distracted by their phones, which only hinders the overall efficiency.

The drinks are fantastic, but the customer service really needs improvement. The staff tends to be unfriendly, inattentive, and overall unprofessional. They frequently engage in loud conversations and laughter amongst themselves, ignoring customers who are waiting for help. Whenever I ask a straightforward question, the response is often rude. If you want to avoid this sort of experience, I recommend checking out Kung Fu Tea nearby instead!

For instance, I specifically asked for my drink without ice, but it came with ice anyway. I also requested pearls in my milk tea, and they were missing. The service was simply unacceptable—definitely a 0/10. All I'm asking is for staff to take out their headphones when interacting with customers and put them back in afterward. As many others have noted, the service here is quite disappointing. The cashier spent the entire time on their phone playing games. Instead of asking me to email you at [hidden email], why not review the surveillance footage from today (June 30)? I won’t be coming back!

This Chatime location provides outstanding service and has a fresh, contemporary decor. They offer the latest drinks, and I had a fantastic experience during my visit. I highly recommend it if you're craving Chatime or bubble tea in general.

The flavored water is delicious, but it's definitely not worth the price. However, it's okay to indulge every now and then. The service was excellent and very prompt. Just a heads up, the parking lot can get quite busy during peak times.

July 2023 - 2.5 stars Similar to other Chatime locations, I found the roasted milk tea here to be tasteless and a bit diluted. The ambiance was quite unremarkable too. On the positive side, there is free parking available out front. Reserva una mesa ahora

Consistently a wonderful experience! I absolutely love their bubble tea! My only problem is that there are so many options to choose from that I can never make up my mind on what to order!
