The delivery arrived late and some items were missing. When I contacted them, they refused to send the missing food. The staff spoke in their own language and seemed unable to handle customer problems, constantly passing the phone between each other. Service was poor. I have ordered from Cheatmeals Edgware frequently, and the food was always excellent. However, in the past few days, the quality has declined significantly. Sometimes the wings are overcooked, other times the beef is overdone, and the milkshakes have become very watery. I'm not sure what changed at this location. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
