Not sure, here... For beginners it is probably one of the most dirty, unclean and unanimized checkers 's. When I stop here, it's because I'm hungry (and always late at night). I always order a burger or fries and definitely a vanilla/stripberry swirl cone. I love these cold, refreshing ice cone after my 15 miles bike ride home from work. If the cream would stay on the cone. However, when I explained my plumber, I had politely asked for another and without hesitation, I was given another chance, but this time in a cup. No charge! That's the problem with this place. During the late shift must be a responsible adult. Here's why... If you're approaching and haven't even stepped onto the platform...
at the time of this letter, I am currently working at the checkers. You have no idea I'm writing this review. Work on the checkers was on my bucket list. So I'm just through, this review is 100% honest. Absolutely the best burger at the best price you will ever have. The Big buford is amazing, but the Checker Burger is there. The frits are always from the hook, they are absolutely the most popular items. The latest thing is the fry season chicken tsarte. But IMHO must use them exactly the same dough as the pommes. They taste unbelievable, but they just need the crisp factor a tad. Checkers are hit a lot because they're slow. And I own this myself before I worked there, I had the same grip. B...
every time I come here in the last few months, it is either an unpredictable long wait or they screw up my order and forget something. it is dissapointing because eating is good, but the service is crazy slow, even if the robot takes the order. I'm just sitting in a line waiting in 18 minutes. there were 2 cars before me all the time so that not even 1 customer was served in this time. I've been waiting so long that I switched off my car to save gas. 6 cars came after me, and all went out and went because how slower service is. Corporate needs to find out what the problem is and correct. the only one who ever takes care of the customers is the young white guy.
Went there last Thursday to get burgers while waiting for the bus out front. There was a heavy set blondish? Woman working the order window. Her gloves had holes all in them, there was hardly anyone there and made us wait almost 10 minutes to take our order. She moved like a snail had the personality of a snow pea. (We usually eat there like once a week and have dealt with her before) we FINALLY got our burgers, sat on bus stop bench to scarf them down before the bus came any minute. Both our double checkerburgers were COLD. not even warm! Total waste of $10.00.

I ordered the number 8 and the chicken was burnt very bad the fries were soggy. At first the gentleman was trying to give me burnt fries and I stated that I would prefer fresh fries. I will never recommend this checkers. The lady that was cooking wasmessing around with cigarettes right were the food is made. To be honest all 3 individuals were very rude and should not beallowed to prepare food if they are going to be that disrespectful to paying customers or anyone for that matter. I definitelydeserve a refund for this horrible meal and service!
No complaints with the evening shift but the fat wm that works the afternoon has the most racist nasty attitude imaginable. With that being said we go in the evening. The staff is more dependable and have excellent customer service skills in the evening and night shift.
This particular location ALWAYS gets my order right. Most fast food places I ask for NO ketchup and I wind up getting ONLY ketchup. This specific location has never failed to give me exactly what I ordered, quickly and with a geniune smile. Ty!
They were made of spiced pommes, chards and salad when we finally ordered something they had, but surely were not our first or second options and got to window they could not take cards.

The drive through system is ridiculous. The workers are so slow and then messed our order up. We were the only customers the whole time and it took us 20 minutes to get fast food. ?
The drive thru was packed so i was the only one to get out of the car and walk up. It took Checkers 40 minutes to make a burger and fries. Fast food=Slow Food. DONT GO HERE.
