The return policy was previously free as they claim, but the last couple of times I have returned articles that a manager has constantly questioned me as if I were trying to pull a fast on them. I understand strict return policies, but they literally have a huge sign that says that laborious returns within a certain time. The food I returned was tasty or had holes of mice chewing on the packaging and that seems like a more than reasonable reason to return food. It's so stupid that managers implicate that I had incorrectly stored food or pests running around eating my food as soon as I bring them home. I loved this place. My new visit was a great disappointment. I understand, bargains come and go, but there was nothing worth, except strange kosher foods. What was sad was how unwilling the place is. The staff was useless or hostile. I saw that the only cashier in an argument with a customer about whether she was at the legal age to buy beer. Good enough, but not rude. Two employees asked for help and could not answer my questions. There are no cheese samples or any more samples, customers are no longer allowed in the cooler section and there were almost no chips/snacks for sale. Many expensive wines and cheeses as well as products that are cheaper in supermarkets. Who's making jokes with $7...

The sales associates are approachable and knowledgeable and willing to impart their knowledge. The selection is extensive and I love the wine cellar club. I get to try wines that I might not usually gravitate toward!
