When I first moved back to the Waterford area ~3 years ago, I was really impressed with Cheesy Luigi's. They had a great quality product and much better than expected. However since then the quality and consistency of their Pizza has gradually declined. Was coming back from an event tonight and thought to give them another try, what a bad idea that was. The dough was twice as thick as it should be, inconsistent, undercooked, just thoroughly nasty. Wish them well going forward, but after what I received tonight, will not be spending another dollar there ever again. They also need to get someone to fix their digital sign that always seems to be on the fritz.
If you like hot ranch and melted cheese dip then you'll love Pizzeria Dolce, where they put items that should stay refridgerated in the containers with hot food, even when you politely ask them not to. Food safety takes second place to the ease of putting your dairy products in a high temperature environment and delivering them to you piping hot, 2 days in a row.
