I'd seen recommendations that the scallops were good here but they were disappointing - they were too salty, and the flavour of the different sauces were too salty as well and just overall not that great tasting. I don't think I've had pan fried scallops before either (usually raw or seared) but I personally didn't really like the texture. It came with salad that was very average, but necessary to balance the saltiness of the scallops (I ate it and I hate salad).

However，the two staffs（1 male 1 female）they were having a really happy conversation and Obviously DOnT want me to bother and neither to greet me

Nicely decorated restaurant with big windows looking into the kitchen - hand made noodles.
It's the innovative version of Chinese cuisine, it's just delicious. I've been there a few times and loved every single dish!

I went there a few times. I have to say food there is really nice. Good service as well. Food quality deserves price. Tried many dishes and no one is disappointing.
Have avoided Chefs Gallery as I thought it may be over ratedHowever, me and my dining companions were thoroughly impressed.
