L'autre soir nous avons diné chez Chem’s, et ceci pour la deuxième fois, tant nous l’avons aimé la première. L’accueil est chaleureux, de la part de Houria « au fourneau » et sa fille Rajaae pour le service. La salle est petite et les clients peuvent avoir un contact direct, avec les deux. Très sympathique. Nous avons choisi un tajine d’agneau et un couscous au poulet. Parfaitement épicés et savoureux, et accompagnés d’un bon rosé de Nyons. Les portions sont généreuses, et nous ne pouvions pas accepter l’offre d’un deuxième service. Une pâtisserie maison et un café marocain suffisait, mais nous avons acheté quelques pâtisseries pour la maison. Merci à Houria et Rajaae, et à bientôt.A couple...
At Chem's everything is made by the mother of 4, helped by her oldest daughter when she's not at school... The food is Moroccan classic: couscous, tagines, salads, and pastries full of honey and nuts... Yummy!The ambiance is cozy, the lady very welcoming.They do also orders to take out. That's where we had a bad surprise: usually at the table, every meal ever ordered was very copious and perfect, whereas our to go revealed to be very small when we opened the boxes. Ooops.Other than that, very good.
We waren dit jaar weer in Nyons en dus alle reden om weer even lekker Marokkaans te gaan eten omdat onze ervaring het vorige jaar heel goed was. Gastvrije ontvangst. Er was nu een groter terras op straat dan vorig jaar maar je kunt ook gezellig binnen zitten. gehaktballetjes met friet staan ook op de menukaart. Heerlijke robuuste Marokkaanse rode wijn gedronken. De tatjines waren heerlijk en de patisserie als nagerecht ook. Komen zeker weer terug! Complimenten.
We had chicken and cous cous. The taste was fine but the food was overcooked. The service was not really polite but more like we were disturbing them. This has nothing to do with a nice experience that I will be happy to remember. Just one more meal.

superb Moroccan food. Everything is made from scratch including the pastry and condiments. Beautiful place settings with exquisite Moroccan pottery. Superb service. A family restaurant with great warmth. Even the kids help out. Outdoor tables.
We had a fantastic meal from Chem's! We decided to take away and when we got home, we couldn't believe the portions we had been given - the cous cous was enormous! Lots of sauce, and so much meat. The tagine was also really tasty...More
We had a Tajine Royale with different kind of meat and a Tajine gigot d'agneau and they where both delicious dishes. The people are very friendly and helpfull. If we wiuld have stayed longer in Nyons we would go back for a second time.
Friendly lady here providing good Moroccan dishes. Had vegetarian coucous which was delicious. Have lunched here a few times and never been disappointed. Toilets immaculate- always a good sign!

Un peu déçu par ce couscous poulet à 22,50 euros. Pas de rave pas de carotte , les autres légumes trop cuits; quand au poulet, de la bouillie. Le quart de Vin rouge à 12,50 euros.
Very tasty tajines. Had the chicken and the veal meatballs . Nice local red wine. Attentive service. Small restaurant.
