We were treated to a late lunch here on our way through Healesville. The staff made a delicious gluten free toastie with thick bread that tasted really good and tasted almost ‘normal!’ The other food was good and had a nice flavour. We all ended up sharing the chips they were really crunchy and had a nice seasoning. The self serve water jars with clean glasses beside it were appreciated too. The staff were friendly and our friends loved the chicken out back. A nice place to stop. I’m sure we will return especially for the GF toastie!!
The interior and set out is really nice and cosy here. The service was of a high standard with the waitress being really helpful and friendly.<br/ <br/ Now for the food. I had the waghu burger that was juicy on a brioche bun. Overall it was really good and the onion jam really topped it off. My wife ordered the smashed avocado and raved about how good it was.
This nice little cafe is just the perfect place for you warming up before heading on to Marysville or Lake Mountain. We headed in for a capuccino and a chilli n spice hot chocolate (for my not so sweet tooth). Hot chocolate was nice, getting the hint of spices and chilli, just the perfect amount. Thank you barista, for not putting in those marshmallows!!
We visited this restaurant for lunch and were impressed by the prompt service and friendly staff. They also have a lovely quiet garden in the back where you can enjoy your meal. We spent $22.50 for lunch, which is a fantastic price for such delicious dishes. Reserva una mesa ahora
