I discovered this restaurant online and decided to stop by while I was in the area. It exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. The fried green tomatoes with pimento spread were especially memorable. Each person in our group tried something different and thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I would definitely go out of my way to dine here again. I want to give a special thanks to Ashlee J, our server who truly stood out as one of the best I have ever encountered. She consistently made sure our glasses were full and was always friendly and polite. She truly made our dining experience incredible.
This is one of the best places for dining in Orangeburg. We were a large group dining together and we had just outstanding service from all the wait staff. They took our orders very quickly and the food arrived promptly. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they ordered. My only complaint was the prime rib, which I ordered, which was not the freshest or best seasoned. The sides and appetizers were very good. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I highly recommend this location.
Passing through Orangeburg my wife inquired about dinner places and Chestnut grill was recommended and did not disappoint. The food was great, came quick and correct, and the server, Kacie, was very friendly and all smiles even though she was covering a lot of tables due to being short handed. Friendly staff. Clean. Burger was delicious. In and out quickly at lunch time even though there was a slight wait time. Kid-friendliness: Waitress was great with my children. Great food great service ? The rack of lamb and the fried seafood platter i need whole lobster and tails fried steamed broiled and I will be so happy
