And they haven't corrected it in months so it leads me to believe they'll never fix the sign and continue to mess it up, while also not fixing it on the receipt. 2. Although the fries have good flavor, it tastes ruined by the fact it seems like they're using dirty oil, as if they haven't swapped it out all day. 3. The chicken is dry and so is the biscuit. Well they got the order wrong, but that's not why I would not suggest to go there. The food poisoning that followed definitely is why. I had the potato bowl while the rest of the family had something else . The popcorn chicken in the bowl had to be from an earlier date because the texture was way off and it was actually kind of cold in the center which should have been my first clue right? But I was hungry and I'm a fluffy girl so I ate at least half until I was like nah definitely can't finish this. Now the next day however I was definitely paying for eating half that bowl. Very, very disappointed! For eight pieces of chicken, the cost was 26.00+. I opted to get two two-piece meals. I had a breast and a wing. They both had been cooked earlier and then, refried a second time I suspect. Very greasy and not very flavorful. The mashed potatoes were hot and delicious. The size of the biscuit was considerably smaller than previous visits. Granted it has been a long while since I had been to KFC. That did not disappoint me because rarely do I ever eat biscuits at all. I realize bird flu may be causing the increased expense, but no excuse for poor quality.
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! All of my dishes were fresh and served promptly after I placed my order. I particularly enjoyed the chicken wings, although I would prefer them without the breading. The tea was delicious and the biscuits were light and fluffy. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. And don't forget to try the mini bundt cakes - they have both yellow and chocolate varieties that simply melt in your mouth. Just make sure to request them warm.

Don't miss out on the mini beach cakes, they come in yellow and chocolate flavors and are melt-in-your-mouth good. The service is also very friendly and welcoming.
I didn't catch the woman's name, but the person working behind the counter at the restaurant went out of her way to help all the customers despite being short-staffed. Another staff member also provided excellent service to the customers. Although it took a little longer than expected, my meal was served hot and fresh.

I spent a good amount of money only to get home and find soggy, undercooked chicken and overcooked, tough corn. I ended up giving it to the dogs. I would have returned it for a replacement, but I didn't notice the issue until I got home.
