More than ten years since we had not tasted Franck’s cuisine. What a pleasure to find him in the furnaces. Excellence of cooking, finesse of sauces, pleasure is always there. His wife in the room is perfect, effective and kind. You add good wines at low prices and you spend an excellent time. Thank you both.
