Chez Georges Bistro

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant on October 24th to celebrate our anniversary, and we were fortunate to have Michelle as our server. She was absolutely fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Despite being busy, she always took the time to check in with us and make sure we were enjoying our experience. Her care and attention made our visit truly special! The food was exceptional, no matter what we ordered. It was so delicious that we returned on October 29th for a couple of appetizers, just to see Michelle and say hello again! A big thank you to her and the entire team!

During our recent trip to Hilton Head, S.C. in mid-September, we had the pleasure of dining at Chez Georges on a Monday evening (located on "restaurant row" on New Orleans Road). The Wine Dinner special, featuring a menu curated by owner and sommelier George Casalicchio along with executive chef Eric, exceeded our expectations. Each wine, starting from the welcome champagne to the dessert wine, was carefully chosen and perfectly paired with a five-course meal that was truly extraordinary. We were thoroughly impressed.

Having fully embraced the work from home life, I rarely leave home. However, nothing gets me out of the house like Chez George. My wife still talks about this octopus, and she's a very snobby seafood connoisseur. Beyond the incredible food and drinks, I think what stood apart for us was the staff/culture. We truly felt like family... a local Hilton Headite(ette? . It has become a household favorite of ours, returning here with more regularity than we do the golf courses!

Made a reservation on the recommendation of a friend. Wow, simply wow. Glad we did. The staff was flexible and safe(Covidwise) and we couldn?t be happier. Started with the escargot, very good and I had the veal chop which was amazing. My wife had the chicken which also terrific. Excellent wine list and atmosphere. I?ve had a lot of French food in France and in Nyc and this place was just amazing. My kids love French food as well and they agreed. We are soo grateful we found this place on google! The service was spectacular, the decor beautiful and the food was MIND blowingly delicious. I may come back to HH just to eat here!

We had another wonderful evening at Chez Georges. The Red Snapper was exceptional, and my wife loved her delicious burger. Eric at the bar served up some fantastic wines. Piero and Kathy were both present to make sure our night was perfect. Chez Georges remains one of our favorites! - Lou L.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our waitress was amazing, and the ambiance was wonderful. We tried the octopus, duck, and a salad, and each dish was exceptional, featuring a remarkable blend of flavors that complemented each other perfectly. We would definitely return!

Great French bistro food with excellent cocktails and a solid wine list. The serve staff exhibit true professional hospitality and the kitchen always produces delicious offerings. It is our favorite place on Hilton Head. And their wine dinners are outstanding Reserva una mesa ahora

This is the perfect place for a special occasion. The food is both unique and amazing. The service matches the spectacular food. It?s also quieter compared to many other popular restaurants. It?s a must visit.
