Tiny portions, steak was massively overcooked. Rather than the usual checking on how things are a couple of minutes after serving, they only bothered to ask how it was as we paid. I said it wasn’t great, and absolutely no response other than to ask if I wanted a receipt. Desert was nice. Plenty of better eating options available though.

The menu du jour lunch was excellent: interesting, unusual, and delicious combinations (creme brulee with petits pois? . A very comfortable space with people obviously enjoying themselves, the ambience, and the food. Friendly people who explained the choices well and enthusiastically.

Excellent food with thoughtful, simple but sophisticated presentation. Good service and wine suggestions. Nice atmosphere with a mix of couples and local families
