After a rough day of hiking under the sun of Cévenol, we decided to shave in the charming town of Florac. We didn't have much time to find the peat we were looking for. Restaurant which is supposed to be the local of the scene for a village stage ... and well you have to do the scene without children. A charming setting under the vineyards in the heart of Florac. A warm welcome and authentic local cuisine with good products from the farm (close to visit). The boss who manages the restaurant and the farm in turn is really extraordinary. He likes what he does and what he offers. These are honest products and pure tastes!
