We recently stayed at the Chateau in Bagnols but wanted somewhere less formal and expensive for dinner. Chez Marguerite didn't disappoint. We were made very welcome on arrival and the staff were very knowledgable about all the dishes on the menu. I had mackerel rillettes followed by mussels then panna cotta. Lovely fresh ingredients, not overly complicated and perfectly sized portions. A nice local feel to the place, after dinner we had a little stroll round the town. Well worth a visit if you want mid range dining and great service that hits the spot.
