Recently arrived on Megève, I had the chance to meet Paul and all his team in this beautiful atypical place, but certainly perfect from any point of view! Paul as conductor, manages all his little team with a good mood and respect! The Ceviche de Saumon, the Tartare, whose promise is so beautiful that we must not miss!
