brunch at 22€ widely renamed with these great products! beyond the cocooning atmosphere: wide choice of teas! delicious pancakes! homemade jams. Very good scrambled eggs! The juice pressed and the fruit salad! delicious special salt butter dedication! a massacre. Blurry, thanks to axel to get me rediscover what a real good brunch was!

superb exceptional place in the center of troyes. everything is there, the setting, philippe, a very warm atmosphere. to discover the Campaign(s) and their history. It is the development of the local producers and their history. Champagne is a long history of love and poetry. Let yourself be charmed by this divine place.

a very well-kept place by a bartender who seems to be perfectly masterful of his job, willing to help you spend some of the most enjoyable time in the early or late evening. wide choice of champagnes but not that, because also wines and very good cocktails! We'll certainly be back.
