I was curious and septic... After seeing some Instagram and other photos of this restaurant, I was afraid of the quality and choice of products... I thought of desserts that seemed industrial, even frozen. Tonight we skipped the stage and tested the restaurant Chez Roland. Finally, a beautiful and good discovery! I could see a kitchen... I confirm that everything is not at home. But... it's cool. Many people, so they run!! The restaurant was armored. It was promising. I was able to see products and dishes, which for the moment have nothing to do with the pictures seen in the past... The tatin pie, for example, which in photo was a frozen Pasquier pie and which was a wonderful part of the tatined pie with cream and ice. I think they reviewed and changed their products. They did well! That was awesome! I'm gonna go back and test other dishes. However, a very long service. From the multitude of dishes offered, and by cooking minute, fish for example, made in the pizza oven... Customers who were already installed and served as an aperitif upon arrival received their fish when we had finished the dessert.... The order is fast, but the arrival of the dishes is planned. Very nice menu, but don't open sticky and dirty cards! You can find it to drink and eat... Enjoy slate! I think the presentation of the dishes is important... it's just... See the restaurant classification, I expected to be marvelled... Very beautiful room with a sober and elegant décor. A beautiful pizza oven! There's even a jukebox! Besides, after 10:00, we had the right to start music, it was very nice!
