Paid $21 today for a large tip only to get home and discover that there was barely any sauce on my ribs. When I called to report the problem the worker didn't seem very concerned. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break and could not return to get more sauce. As a result I was stuck with dry unflavorful ribs. I would also like to note that the menu prices have changed but the owner in spite of my complaints refuses to change the the prices on his menu board. For example, the menu still shows the old price of $18.50 for a large pork tip but customers are being charged $19.50. This place has really gone down and the sad thing is that the owner doesn't care. I will not be returning.
I was there yesterday an I paid 26.an some change for a large rib tip with link an they said that they only sale one size I think in the future they should have a small for half that price with one link for half the price because on the large they gave two links but anyways,well when I got back to Indiana they gave me mostly french fryes an sauce, I'm looking for the meat like,are you serious, to me it's just wasn't worth it an also the customer service was off I have been here before but it ain't been this bad prayers going up meet better management
Placed an online order, it stated pick up in an hour, even though I request the pick up time asap. I'm not mobile, can't leave the house. I sent my boyfriend they gave refused to give him the order. Stating the person who placed the order must pick it up. After 25 minutes and pleading with them they gave him the order. Never again, I will take my money to Sunny's BBQ, they have better service, larger ortion size and time saving.
First time was great so I couldn't wait to go back but the second time I got the rib tip lunch special and I got rib slices not tips. Hardly no meat, they were so thin. Very disappointing.

Real good food the barbecue ribs tips, fries, hot links, to die for. service is good it takes some time to get ready but it's worth the wait.

The always put more fries than meat. You think its heavy due to food, its all fries and sauce.
Great sauce and plenty of meat platters. A little pricey but errthang is high these days.

The sauce is boss. The Ribs are sometimey. I guess it depends on who's cooking that day.
The customer service was very bad made me not want to order my food
