I do a few catered lunches for my job and have gone to this locations many times. This most recent time, I went by and told them I was there to pick up a catering order. They had it all ready and someone said, “Would you like help to your car?” Looking at it I knew I couldn’t get all of it on my own in one trip so I said, “Sure! That would be great.” So this young lady grabbed another worker and said, “C’mon! He needs help getting this to his car.” And they carried everything. I held out my hands and said, “Here, I can carry something to help as well.” And she just said, “It’s alright. It’s our pleasure to help.” And they carried everything to my car. I ordered a Cobb salad from Chick-fil-A and that's how I have to eat it because I can't take the salad back because we only have 30 minutes for lunch. There is almost no cheese and how very little corn and it is simply thrown up there. There were some crispy fried pieces when I ordered grill so you can say that they simply took the crispy and put on the grill, but so it took everything from there when I wanted to complain, I was told that I had to bring the salad back. I'm going six. They told me I had to eat it or bring it back because they can't replace it. I was very annoyed because this never happened before I ate Chick-fil-A all the time and I never had such a problem.
The food we received was not warm, so the rolls were not soft, but we did not complain. We had just started eating when the manager came to our table (together with 2 other tables) tell us that we were at 9:15 (so she could be clean). It was 9:08, and she wasn't even nice about it. These children have no idea what customer service should be. Perhaps the owner should leave an actual adult who is responsible for completing on Friday/Saturday nights. Nevertheless, I get from now on to my Chick-fil-A-Fix at Baylor. Franklin Ave and the mall have been awful lately. They used to be great. I don't know what happened.
Had a little time of wait due to certain items. But the staff and crew came with flying colors. No hate or complaint. Didn't ask for it but they compensated my order. Out of the blue. Very respectful lead and team. I would like to thank them for the service and kindness. These team rocks. And I wanna tell management the young fella deserves recognition and acknowledgement. Took care of the issue and helped my be on my way. Kudos to all of them. These are one of the many reasons why chick fil a rules.

The restaurant was as busy as always, but the staff was quick, efficient, and courteous. We ordered two #1 combos, which came with waffle fries and a drink. The sandwich was delicious, hot, moist, and tasty. However, the waffle fries were not as hot as usual and the coke was undrinkable because it lacked syrup - it was all carbonation. Overall, I was pleased with the Chick-fil-A sandwich but disappointed with the waffle fries and coke.
I'll get the Nugget menu. I love the waffleries and nuggets with their Bbq sauce and honey mustard, which is in the packages... the nuggets on point... they have actually spiced their nuggets. I can eat a 10 pieces at McDonald's and get full, but because of the size of the nuggets at chic I don't get any extra waffleries to keep me for a 12-16 hours shift. But until in taste it is very good. The service is pretty fast.
The restaurant is definitely worth waiting in the fast-moving line for. The staff is friendly and greets you with smiling faces as they take your order. Another helpful employee is there to hand you your receipt while the next employee, still polite and smiling, hands you your order and wishes you a great day. The restaurant is always busy, but the food is delicious. I will definitely be returning.
They never disappoint! I ordered the Deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a diet Sun Joy and everything was on point. On my way out I decided to buy a chocolate chunk cookie and I ended up getting it for free. Their customer service is bar none. This is definitely one of my favorite fast food joints.

This location is consistently slow they do not direct drive through traffic whatsoever. Do not order express mobile it is often slower than regular drive through orders. I’ve tried the express mobile order 3 separate times and the wait was 25+ minutes.
