Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This is the only Chick-fil-A in Odessa, and some people seem to expect to get their food in an instant. Even during peak times, I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount for my food, despite how incredibly busy they are. I visit at least once a day (no joke), and the employees are consistently respectful and accommodating, even when the place is packed. This Chick-fil-A deserves more recognition than it gets. Just a couple of days ago, when it was around 110 degrees outside, several employees were out taking orders for the drive-thru, managing a line of about 15 cars during lunch. The staff here is incredible—super friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic as well! They consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Even though the drive-thru line can be quite long, the service is impressively quick, and you'll often receive your food before you reach the window! We visit at least three times a week, if not more! Paula and Rusty are exceptional!

My family and I love dining at this restaurant. It's definitely a fantastic place to visit, especially because the staff is polite and attentive to you and your family. My favorite sauce is the buffalo sauce. I highly recommend that people try this restaurant whenever they have the opportunity. It's truly amazing!

Parking is a hassle, but the new system they have for ordering your food is convenient and fast. They take your order car by car and you pay them on the spot then wait in line for your food. The location does suck but the food and freshly squeezed lemonade is worth it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Chick-fil-A never disappoints at any location I've visited. Everything is always fresh and the flavor they get into their chicken is insane. Not to mention, their sauces are awesome!
