Waiting 20 minutes every time i order from here is an embarrassment. I lost 20 mins of my break and i only get 10 mins to walk back to the store and eat. And the sorry I got from that wonderful overly pressured worker didn?t mitigate anything. I just left with my food quietly. I already ordered ahead. I once ordered 5 mins ahead and said i was here. Walked there and waited 10 more mins. Its not worth it if you work in the mall and only get a 30 min break. Its only this location I?ve experienced long wait times. But if you?re willing to wait a while this is the location for you. Their food is still good.
The food was great so A+ to the kitchen staff, our cashier Emily on the other hand makes me not even want to come back. She was quite rude and very unwelcoming which Is an experience I 've never had at any chick fil a I 've ever gone to over the past years. And on top of everything I told her my name was Dee and she placed it under J . Unexceptional
Waited over 10 minutes to actually get my food only to get a chicken sandwich that wasn’t fully cooked. I went back and told them that I bit into chicken that was not cooked and they did absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service at this location, will not be coming back for sure!
This Chick-fil-A location at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg is a well managed Chick-fil-A that is a great stop when you are hungry while shopping. The staff here is very helpful and makes sure that everything is well prepared. Good experience every time I have been here.

This is a GPS mistake; I was actually at a food court in a mall. I purchased my meal from the restaurant next to Chick-fil-A. I do not support companies that actively work to limit the rights of marginalized communities, particularly the LGBTQ community.
I waited over 10 minutes for my food, only to receive a chicken sandwich that was undercooked. When I went back to inform them, the staff was completely unhelpful. The customer service was terrible, and at this point, I won’t be returning!

This place is half the speed it used to be, and quality control is not there. And the Mac n cheese is never full! But it's a hit or miss with the one who makes food this day.
