This location could improve its drink refill process. Be prepared for the fact that the first drink you receive will also be the last unless you're willing to wait about five minutes at the front for a refill. I understand that the staff's main focus is taking customer orders, but there has to be a more efficient way to handle refills than waiting for the line to clear, which seems to never happen.
While the refill situation is a bit frustrating, it’s not a deal-breaker. Overall, this location excels in every other aspect, aside from the parking and refill issues.
I am very disappointed in my trip to the Bel Air location this evening! I live in Abingdon, but their location has been temporarily closed for about a month now! I drove to Bel Air just for that reason! I used to love their Mac and Cheese! But the last few times that I have been there!!! The Mac and Cheese has not been that good at all! The cheese was seriously lacking! I had to put my own cheese in my Mac and Cheese the last time. I would have did the same thing this time too! If I had bought my food home!
This is the most efficient drive-thru experience I've ever encountered! Be kind to the staff; most of them are young people doing their best and setting an example that other fast food places could only hope to emulate. I’m always surprised when I see customers getting upset with the young workers. If you’re that impatient, maybe it’s better to go somewhere else—because you're missing out on their fantastic chicken and amazing waffle fries.
Customer Service is usually great, and the guy who took my order was really nice. However…. my napkins, sauce, and receipt were all stuffed on top of my fries, and my fries were half full due to it. Why would anyone want that?

This location is the best in the area. The drive-thru lines move incredibly fast; I received my order before I even reached the menu. I was able to leave quickly and enjoy my meal. The staff are very friendly, too.
There were a lot of cars in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside since I was short on time. I was in and out in just 3 minutes with my two Chick-fil-A meals and a strawberry milkshake. Excellent service!
I dined in recently, and it just doesn't feel the same as it did before Covid. They've shifted to a drive-thru model due to the pandemic, and it seems like they're still stuck in that mindset.
What can I say? Like most Chick fil A, the food is consistently good, and the service is great. Dinged the restaurant a star because the flow of traffic in the lot is a little wonky.

Chick-fil-A is good. I enjoyed Chick-fil-A, but their prices are going up pretty high like everywhere else. They are taught and trained to treat everybody the same and I like that.
Black girl employees need to work on her people skills. Being nice to everyone is Chick-fil-A's reputation. But everyone else is great! Excellent service all the time.
