Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

On September 7, 2023 at approximately 9:00 a.m. my family which includes my wife and 5 year old daughter after a long trip from Florida decided to take a break inside your restaurant on Topanga and Roscoe. When we walked in with our luggage nobody greeted us. They looked at us as if we were homeless. We spent all of our money to make it to California so my wife politely asked the managerif she could help us out with some fries or anything. She was rude and condescending. My wife left for a moment with my daughter and I remained in the restaurant. After 30 minutes a black lady came over to our table when I was alone and told me I had to leave. When I asked her why she stated that we had been there for over an hour and a half and didnt purchase anything. This is ridiculous and discrimination. When I asked her to show me any postage in the restaurant regarding this rule she stated that management hadnt taken action to put any notices out. I began to record with my video camera and the hispanic manager called the police. She never tried to speak to me respectfully at all. For the record my company is SHEPARD CHAKRA 7 and we are a digital marketing company with 1.8M views on Google. I have been in other Chick-Fil-A and sat for hours editing videos and producing music privately. This treatment is unacceptable and my family will be taking legal action! I would like this message to reach Craig Stokes personally. The police escorted us off the premises. This is racial discrimination. To add insult to injury the hispanic manager never communicated. She just sent over her Black employee to do all the talking! I have recorded the entire incident. I SMELL A CHICK-FIL-AWSUIT. I also submitted an complaint through the corporate and spoke directly to supervisor Kenneth! This will be addressed properly!

I ordered my food with a large water and was willing to pay extra- the supervisor on duty whispered in the girls ear and she changed my order without my knowledge and when I pulled the supervisor aside afterwards and asked why I was given a smaller cup she responded because it costs more . Well apparently I look broke because it was 108 degrees out in northridge and I needed some extra water to wash my food down with and didn 't have access to more water where I was going. But I guess the supervisor knows better than the customer on this one who was willing to pay for the larger cup of water. The Moral of the story? Don 't tell the customer what they want, don 't change the order without them knowing and assume you know better. Big fat L for this chick fil A- most unpleasant supervisor or worker for that matter I 've ever run into at a chick-fil-a. If you 're near this one in northridge skip it and do yourself a favor.

TERRIBLE!! I was charged $0.10 for a paper bag without my consent! Chick-fil-A is starting a new trend that other fast food restaurants may follow. This Chick-fil-A should be sued for these charges that they slip in your bill especially if you don’t ask for your receipts. It’s not being cheap but this is not acceptable and unlawful!

Chicken wraps. I love chicken wraps. With or without dressing. So tasty! Waffle fries are surprisingly good.The real reason I go there is for the chocolate shakes. They're my guilty pleasure. There! I said it!
