I was not pleased with my experience at the restaurant tonight. They forgot some of my items, and during the busy dinner hours when parents come with their children to eat and play, the staff member who was supposed to clean the playroom said he had to go do it, but then never returned. He simply closed the playroom for no apparent reason, even though it was still early in the evening—not even close to closing time. My food was served cold, and I hope that next time will be better. If they need to close the playroom for cleaning, that's fine, but they shouldn't close it just because it's their shift if they're not actually going to clean it.
Yesterday, I took a break from caring for my father, who is in a nursing home, to grab a bite to eat. The young man who brought my food to my car noticed my license plate and asked if I had watched the Chiefs game on Thursday. He mentioned that he had to go with the owner. I explained that we had seasonal passes, but I couldn't leave my dad alone. We chatted about the game for a bit, and then he kindly offered to add my father to his prayer list, asking for his name. The food is always great here, but the service I received yesterday truly made a difference. I regret not catching his name, but he really touched my heart!

I don't go to Chick-fil-A often enough to have a strong opinion about the food, but my grandchildren absolutely love it. I want to point out that, no matter how busy the restaurant gets, their drive-thru service is exceptional. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. It’s consistently slow, no matter the time. The customer service is far below Chick-fil-A's usual standards. Even with a mobile order, I still waited 30 minutes for a simple meal. When I brought up these issues with management, I received a smirk and a half-hearted apology. Steve Lowery needs to get this location up to Chick-fil-A's standards. It's really disappointing.
As usual, the line was wrapped around the block, so I opted to park and go inside instead. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I was able to place an order for five people and be on my way before the car that would have been in front of me even made it to the window. It turned out to be a great decision!
I had a wonderful experience with customer service this morning! I went in to pick up breakfast for my team, and I was really impressed by the young man who assisted me. He greeted me with a smile, asked how my morning was going, provided prompt service, and thanked me for visiting. Excellent job!
This was my first visit to this restaurant chain, and I was impressed by the thoughtful layout. The chicken was tasty, while the fries were just average. The service was excellent.
