Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

Yesterday I left the sick house to eat something. the young man who delivered my food to my car noticed my kennzeichen and asked if I had watched the chiefs game on Thursday. He told me he had to go with the owner. I explained we had seasonal cards, but my father is in the sick house and I couldn't leave him. we talked about the game, then he asked if he could add my dad to his praying list. he asked for his name. my food is always good here. but yesterday the service in my day made a difference. I'm sad I didn't catch his name, but he sure touched my heart!

not happy with this invite tonight. they forgot some of my things and during the rush hourrs of dinner when parents come with there children to dinner and to play the wut that I think closed the playroom said he had to go clean, then did not go back to clean it, he simply closed it to no reason and that was the early evening not even time to close. my food was cold and the next time better. if they close the playroom for cleaning, then they don't close it then just because it's their shift doesn't want to screw it up later.

Best strawberry shake ever! Their chicken nuggets are great but fyi they do have a sign on their door right now stating that their chicken does contain dairy products at this time si if that's an issue for you be aware. It's a bit tricky getting to this location due to the service road they are off of and their parking is limited so I parked in the Red Robin lot next door.

that's the worst cfa I've ever been. super slow, every time. customer service is not CFA standards. forward order makes no difference, they wait 30 minutes for a simple meal. I received a smirk and an apologies during the discussion on these problems with management. steve lowery must get this place up to cfa standards. it is a great disappointment. I especially love the chick fil a sauce. I could drink that stuff from a bottle. Always fast and quick and very polite. Never have had a rude crew member. And I love how the managers actually care about their employees and put misting fans outside for the workers and big heaters when it's cold. Love you guys!

Great customer service this morning! I stopped by to pick up breakfast for my team and was so impressed with the young man who served me. He greeted with a smile, asked how my morning was going, gave prompt service and thanked me for stopping there today. Excellent job!

Love this place. If I had to give any feedback it would be that sometimes the crispy nuggets aren't always nuggets and more breading. If you get an 8 count sometimes like 2 or 3 are just breading and no chicken.

the line is as usual around the block. So I did the right thing and parked and went in. great atmosphere safe, and was with a 5 person job in front of the car that would have been before me was on the window. Reserva una mesa ahora

The wait time was super fast and the team were wonderful as always, but my chicken biscuit, the biscuit part was pretty hard. My friend's food was fine, though! And I'm sure it was just an off day for them.

First visit to chain. Definitely a well thought out arrangement. Chicken was good. Fries ok. Service very good. Need a system to move customers out of dining area to reduce crowding.
