I waited about 10 minutes from the time I entered the drive-through until I received my order. This was right between lunch and dinner, around 2-3 PM on a Friday. All of the employees were punctual, attentive, and helpful. My order was accurate, and the quality of the food was as excellent as I’ve come to expect from this restaurant. However, I could have used a few more napkins. They should definitely consider increasing the portion of fries that comes with the combos, as I’ve noticed that other restaurant chains offer more for a lower price. I ordered the 12-count nugget combo, and overall, my experience was fantastic. Thank you very much! I will definitely return. God bless Chick-fil-A!
I was shocked to discover that I had to use the drive-thru to pick up my Uber Eats order. I was informed that this policy has been in place since November, but I’ve visited multiple times since then and that wasn't the case. It seems like you need to ensure that all your staff are on the same page. Perhaps you could have the team from the Chick-fil-A in Five Points manage your location instead. Honestly, I believe I could do a better job than you. So, here’s my offer: I’m willing to run your store for you. What do you think?
I love stopping by this location! Service is really fast and staff are really friendly! One in particular always make my day, Mia! She is always so patience, helpful and kind and always have a smile on her face! She needs to be recognized for her uplifting energy and positive attitude she always display to her customers! That drive thru idea with the mobile app express way and the regular drive thru idea was the worst idea EVER! The mobile app line is empty while the regular line is packed til the end of the street? WHAT SENSE DOES IT MAKE? and then the cars are all fighting each other to get thru from different angles? if my car gets damaged I?m definitely gonna sue CFA!

Best service they have is at the restaurant and curbside. They always do great. But Chick-fil-A delivery my order mostly have problems. The drivers are always great though. The manager always fix the problem or gives a solution. Great staff always friendly. I order them a lot at work because I trust them way more than door dash.
I haven't enjoyed my meals there in quite a while, as the food is often cold by the time they sort through the orders. The premium prices they charge definitely aren’t justified. I've also noticed a decline in the quality of the food; it feels like the sauces are just hiding the bland flavors of items that aren't fresh.
Stopped for a quick bite. Food was delicious as always. We did notice several parking spots for their own delivery vehicles. Never seen this at a Chick-fil-A. Great idea! More stores should get on board with that.
The drive-thru service was quick and efficient. However, the location is not ideal for easy access, making it difficult to get in and out when trying to return to the main road.

I really enjoy that restaurant. The parking situation is convenient, and it’s also welcoming for kids and accessible for wheelchairs.
Exceptional service and delicious, freshly grilled food. They never fail to impress!
