To be honest, the food here is really good, but the service here really is trash, we ordered a kids meal, a salad, and two eight piece nuggets meal. First they said they didn’t have a kids toy, which usually they substitute it with something else but no, they wanted to charge me an extra ice cream, they also wanted to charge me for the fries that I changed for the Mac and cheese for. Then, for the salad, they told me they didn’t have the avocado dressing and they were charging me for two packets, I told them to either bring me a different dressing or to give me my money back for the salad. I had the opportunity to purchase food to satisfy my hunger, but I was disappointed when my order was incomplete. When my partner went to inquire about the missing potatoes, the waitress insisted that our order was complete. I tried to be patient, but I was upset because I didn't want to lie just to receive some potatoes. I left feeling disappointed, as not everyone may feel the same way, but I was not satisfied. I paid for potatoes that were not included in my order, and my frustration was not just about the potatoes themselves, but about the fact that they were claiming to have completed something they did not do properly.
The food is always on point at Chick-fil-A. The staff is very attentive helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs to be adjusted is the safety yellow poles that divides the two drive-thru lane in the parking lot. It’s unsafe for the customer driving and trying to make a safe left turn near the parking lot curb without driving over the curb. Can someone fixes this safety hazard by making the turning lane wide enough to turn.
These lines are ridiculous inside and out! Especially inside you will be waiting just to receive your food for 55 minutes! I had to complain to the cashier three times! It was to the point I told them give me my money back for some nuggets and a milkshake. This place use yo be good but since they put the hospital here it has went down. I would rather go to the Richie station one instead.

We used the app for mobile pickup. The process was quick enough. The poor workers were standing out in the freezing cold. We were instructed to pull into a parking spot and a server brought the food to the car. The food was warm. They just put way tooooo much salt on our fries!
Every time I go to this restaurant, my orders keep getting worse. I am allergic to corn, so I asked for no corn on the salad, but they still added it. They also forgot to include the nuggets and eggs that I ordered. Not to mention, they served me old fried food.
The worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been too. Ran worse than most McDonalds. Chicken was cold and hard, same for the fries. The condiments are held behind the counter and you have to ask to get anything. Also the trash cans were filled to the brim. Don’t come here.
This place is overrun. Thw drive through is a hellscape.The people working are doing their best. No eat in. No sauces or napkins out. The bathroom is available.I'm grateful for them being pleasant and serving hot food. Good job guys.

The fruit bowls were actually full. The food was hot. Employees were friendly. This location was not crowded. Will be back!
This was my second time I try Chick-fil-A in all entire life . Was ok u no really fan of fast food.
