The best Southern cooking we’ve had in a while! Passing through town and found this little place on the internet. Outstanding food and service! Our server, Jo, was so friendly and great. I had a vegetable plate (Squash Casserole, Mac ‘n Cheese, Green Beans, and Carrot Soufflé (Saturday Veggie special), and a roll. Hubby has the Saturday Special of Beef Brisket, Corn Casserole, and Baked Beans with cornbread. We shared the homemade in house Banana Pudding. Everything was excellent and a great price. A must stop in Dalton, Georgia!
I'm so glad we tried this place. They were able to accommodate a family gathering of 13 people. There was enough variety that everyone could order what they liked. And they had new and different foods we could try. I had chicken salad on croissant with squash casserole and it was delish! And the servers were nice and friendly and one spoke Spanish. We will be back for breakfast.
We have been looking for a meat and two veggies place for a while and we have finally found it. Everything we ordered was delicious. We live in blue ridge, but will definitely be back as they have the best down home south cooking that I have experienced and I am a Georgia native. Don't tell my mom.
Amazing place for catering. I use them a lot for work and it’s always amazing. They also deliver and it’s always right on time. So many menu options and so far, everything has tasted great. I highly recommend them if you need a local caterer!

I had to change my rating. I've always enjoyed eating here, but today was spectacular. I really felt like my grandmother was in the kitchen cooking my breakfast!!!

We loved it! The waitress was sweet and the food was so good. Carrot soufflé on Saturday is amazing ! Chicken livers were fried to perfection.
