For fast food I like chick fil a.... This is an update where I have taken away stars. I would give them negative if I could. this company is just ridiculous. first of all, we are in a state that is known for lightning, some worlds, lightning Capital and hear these people put lives at stake almost everyday here. with that, they keep the employees outside when the rule of our state is commonly known as when you hear the thunder roar go indoors. well Chick-fil-A doesn't follow that. not at all. they use an app an app that tells them where lightning has struck. however, it does not tell them where it's going to strike in the next moment. I have personally seen a big lightning bolt come striking...
Went through the drive thru, experienced wonderful customer service but was appalled to see that the Christian company chic fil a had their associates outside in almost freezing temps with the wind chill and provided no heat stations or other sources of warmth but a thin company jacket and not even a pair of mittens in sight Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
Pretty crappy experience, the drive thru staff took at least 5 minutes take our order. We had to repeat our orders, because she conveniently couldn’t hear us. My GF gives the order taker my name, Jeremy. The order name on the tag was Judy BB. I have an idea what BB means. But I rather not assume things. This place sucks. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered a frosted coffee with cookie crumbles and got a frosted LEMONADE with cookie crumbles. Talk about a shock! I almost threw up! DoorDash wouldn’t even give me a full refund. Please check orders that have allergy substitutions. Literally, I pay for the gluten free bun and it’s never included. I’ve called several times and it never gets fixed. It’s almost comical at this point.
