a very good service. I was the only car in the line when I ordered 3 sandwiches and a child's chicken snack menu. it took 15 minutes to bring out my food and served 6 cars that all ordered after me before they even checked in to explain the waiting. when I stopped the team member who delivered the car food for a declaration of delay, I was fed an apology about how they still do it, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay and the priority service offered to others behind me. about 5 minutes later a white man, probably a manager on the basic of the garment, brought out eating. He did not offer an excuse for the late and began to run away. I said excuse her, and he went back slowly. when I started to explain the waiting time and the lack of service, this over promoted, Insincere manager began to span my experience and smile. it is a thing to be in a low position and to give bad customer service, it is a completely different thing to let a director/manager act like that. I recommend going away to another kfa if they want to be treated with ease. or go straight over the road to canes. that could have been understandable, the attitude and the bad treatment are not. you lost my business, hide and promote better!
