Frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the long wait and the apparent priority given to others behind me. About five minutes later, a man who appeared to be a manager came out, but rather than apologizing for the delay, he simply started to walk away. When I said excuse me, he reluctantly came back. As I began to explain my experience and the lack of service, this overly confident and insincere manager just smiled and seemed to dismiss my concerns.
It’s one thing for a staff member in a lower position to provide poor customer service, but it's completely different to have a manager act this way. I would advise anyone looking for good service to go to another location. Alternativel...
visit st. paul for a discussion tournament. left on the lunch break to snap a bit fast. order thru the app, came and was pulled aside. my food was brought out shortly after and I went because I was on a certain time slot lunchtime. the half of my escape had disappeared. 2 sandwiches and an 8 counter. they have the other 3 sandwiches and mac n cheese, but really? can they come back and ask them? No. my lunch break is over until 20 o'clock and we can't make any partial refunds so that I can get another free escape. well done. You ruined two people for the day. the other 400 competitors families here are not counted on their location for eating.
My first experience here they got my order wrong and I chalked it up to new location opening and working out their kinks. I gave it another try and I am even more disappointed in my most recent drive thru experience. First they got my husbands order wrong which we luckily caught before pulling away. When I got home and went to eat my grilled sandwich I bit into a large chunk of plastic which looks like it was grilled into my sandwich. I’m so sad as this new location is way closer to my house but both times I have been there I’ve had issues.
Poor service. Ordered ahead thinking we would be doing staff a favor and also be getting our food quicker. Nope. Sat in the mobile order spot (only vehicle in this lane) and watched people order, come to the window, pay, get their food and go. Was our mobile order a large one you may ask? Nope…. Literally two shakes and some chicken strips. What’s the point in mobile order if it’s slower than ordering at the drive through. Go to canes instead.

Have had about 5 visits in total, order 1 or 2 things each time and 3 out of 5 visits the order was not correct... Either it's bad luck or people preparing food keeps screwing up. 1 time I had bacon when I requested no bacon and twice I paid for tomatoes hate the concept of paying 35 cents for a slice) but still no tomatos... They always have so many people working there but orders are stilled screwed up...
This was the first time we experienced a drive-thru without anyone in the car to take our order. It was just a typical drive-up with a menu board and a microphone, but no one was on the other side. Honestly, it felt so impersonal compared to the usual experience where there’s a line of people taking orders and paying.
Wish I could give this Chick-fil-A location and their employees more than 5 stars!!! Hands down THE best Chick-fil-A we’ve been to because of how incredibly kind and thoughtful the employees were (esp Chandler)! Thank y’all!
Chick-fil-A is fantastic! Their food is delicious and satisfying. The waffle fries paired with Chick-fil-A sauce are simply amazing and incredibly tasty. They also offer some great salads.

Feels good to be inside a CFA. Staff at other fast food seem to look depressed to see a customer walk in. CFA staff makes me feel like they are glad I walked in.
